For my second observation I tried to expand on the themes of my first. Two more interesting angles on a road were used and people filmed in indoor environment carrying out their own tasks i.e. shopping. What worked less well was filming a n animal. The dog barely moved and nothing came to eat the breadcrumbs i spotted. Accept me.
People show off a lot of their character when crossing the street.
What I was trying to go for here was feelings of inevitably.  Cars appear, and slowly approach, getting larger and seeming to gain momentum as they get closer. The constant and sporadic movement of the vehicles contrasts with the static locked off shot.
The roundabout is like the road but concentrated on a central object. The small roundabout looks like an island in a sea of traffic. I tried to make the roundabout the focus of the frame. Even when distracting vehicles are whizzing around, the viewers eye is still draw to it.
