A2: Vox Pop
From the start my project focused on the theme of identity. I wanted to use prosthetics and performance in photographs aping the style of passport photos. At this point I also wanted to mix surreal or supernatural characters in with more conventional ones. For this reason my first character was a movie-like badass who had clearly just survived a gunshot to the head.
